Hi Miss Eileen, Onenote For Mac Allows You To Create A Default Page Template For A Section, But Not A Collection Of Templates You Can Choose, Like In The Windows Version.

I would like to create a section template, so that each time i create a new project, i can generate the entire organizational section structure with it. As a workaround, we can copy the guest link of the form (open microsoft forms and click the share option to get the link) and paste it to an onenote page.
